Samantha is a business minded attorney who leverages years of combined legal and real estate industry experience to provide practical, strategic counsel to her clients. Before becoming an attorney, Samantha spent 8+ years working in property management and commercial lending, giving her firsthand insight into the financial and operational realities that shape complex transactions.
After earning her law degree from Marquette University Law School, Samantha practiced in the Corporate–Real Estate group of a national AM 200 law firm, advising clients on real estate acquisitions, leasing, financing, construction, development, and related corporate matters. She later served at a large real estate data company, working closely with leadership and real estate professionals on regulatory compliance, contracts, and industry policy.
Samantha also holds an MBA and completed the General Counsel University program through UC Berkeley School of Law. This combination of legal and business training allows Samantha to help clients navigate legal issues while keeping their broader business goals in focus. In addition to her client work, Samantha develops continuing legal education programs and authors peer-reviewed articles on real estate law and other timely legal issues.

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Milwaukee Area Technical College and the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. Her educational background inspired a passion for the legal field and a commitment to helping others.
At Ivy Legal, Hannah is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and ensuring every client has a positive experience with our firm. She is excited to continue growing professionally while working toward her long-term goal of becoming a Paralegal.
Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys photography, reading, and watching crime and legal dramas.
