About Samantha

Prior to becoming an attorney, Samantha worked in the real estate industry (primarily in property management and commercial lending) for over 8 years. This practical knowledge allows Samantha to analyze complex legal issues with ease. Following graduation from Marquette University Law School, Samantha continued building on these experiences as an attorney in the Corporate - Real Estate group at full service national law firm, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate and corporate transactions, conducting due diligence, as well as rendering advice on real estate financing, development, management, leasing, zoning, and land use. Samantha continues to create and implement continuing legal education courses and author peer reviewed articles on real estate matters.
